About the role:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their dignity, independence, wellbeing and individual choices.
- Support residents with daily living, personal care, communication, activities and community involvement.
- Assist with medication, care planning, risk assessments and safeguarding in line with Corbenic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support residents to attend appointments, workshops and activities, encouraging participation and independence.
- Help create a warm, welcoming home environment by contributing to household tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry.
- Support the daily running of the household, including residents’ cultural, social and spiritual lives, in line with the Camphill ethos.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers and the wider community to ensure residents receive consistent and compassionate support.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing improvements in the care and support provided.

It would be even better if you have:
- Experience working in any care role
- Relevant Qualification (SVQ in Health & Social care or equivalent)
- Relevant Care training
- SSSC membership
- Full drivers’ licence (manual)

Salary Range: £27007.50 — £28080
