What is it like to work here?

I recently made a complete career change to work as a support worker at Corbenic and I can honestly say I’ve loved every minute of it. Getting to know the residents and becoming part of everyday life here has been an absolute joy, and the staff team has been incredible too — so many warm, kind and genuinely lovely people. No two days are the same and there’s been so much laughter along the way.
