Our Community has been a home for people with social, emotional, intellectual and learning disabilities in the heart of Scotland since 1978, providing day and residential care in beautiful surroundings near Dunkeld, Perthshire. We are continually working to improve facilities at Corbenic, and in 2022 began a five-year £5,000,000 Capital Development Programme consisting of over twenty projects.
Whilst Corbenic's day to day running costs are largely covered by income from local authorities, we must look elsewhere for the money needed for new buildings, large-scale renovations, and major maintenance projects.
Our focus now is to raise funds for the Day Service & Community Barn project. Find out more about the project here.

With all gifts and donations, if Gift Aid is applied, the contribution’s value will be increased by 25% at no cost to the donor, so please consider doing this if possible.

Organising a fundraising activity
Would you be interested in taking part in, or organising a fundraising activity? We'd love that! With some imagination almost anything can be turned into a sponsored fundraising activity - walking, cycling, running, hosting a meal, getting a haircut, reading, singing etc. What could you think of?
Corbenic's Community Barn & Day Service Campaign is registered on the JustGiving website, meaning money can be raised for us directly and fundraisers don't have to worry about looking after cash. Campaign Success - The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2023
In November and December 2023, Corbenic took part in The Big Give Christmas Challenge, a matched-fundraising campaign, raising funds for our Day Service and Community Barn project.
Thanks to our generous Pledgers we had a fund of £7,500 to use to double public donations made during the campaign week. The public were equally generous in their giving, and we eclipsed our campaign-week target with £9,600 donated.
Including Gift Aid, the total raised by the campaign was an incredible £20,200!
We are so grateful to everyone who contributed to this project that will make such a difference to the lives of everyone in the Corbenic Community. The money will be used to purchase furniture and equipment to fit out the Day Service and Estate Workshop rooms of the Community Barn.
