Preparing the Harvest Meal
A busy morning of meal preparation
Yesterday we were harvesting. This morning at Corbenic we are preparing the food in the kitchens and arranging the Community Barn for the Harvest Meal
As usual, leek and potato soup is on the menu. The dessert course is traditionally apple crumble. So there is lots of peeling and chopping and cooking to do!
Community meals together are a much loved feature of Corbenic life. They only happen thanks to much effort and teamwork as everyone works together. Across kitchens, workshops and in the Community Barn preparations are underway in what is a real team effort.
