January began with a cold snap bringing snow and temperatures as low as -9˚C to Corbenic. The snow looks very beautiful but it can make getting about hazardous, particularly on slopes!

The second weekend of January saw particularly heavy snow from late Friday morning.

Further snow overnight required a weekend special team from Skye House to be deployed to keep footpaths clear and gritted.

A big thank-you to all who do Corbenic Snow Patrol and to everyone for safely ensuring daily life at Corbenic can carry on.
