Architect To Cycle to Corbenic
From Edinburgh to Corbenic on a single speed bicycle
Having been thoroughly inspired by his time working here on the Community Barn, architect Gavin Kirk has decided to do a sponsored bike ride to raise money for the Corbenic Core Campaign.
Gavin, from TallerSmaller Architects, is going to ride over 100km/65miles all the way from his office in Edinburgh to Corbenic – and if that wasn’t enough, he’s going to do it on a classic 1974 single-speed bike. This means he will have no gears to change between, so no way to make it easier climbing the hills, which takes the difficulty to a new level!
