In addition to the Corbenic Community located near Trochry in Perthshire, Corbenic also operates a shop and café in the centre of the nearby town of Dunkeld. The shop sells a variety of products made by residents in their Corbenic workshops as well as carefully selected and unique products made elsewhere. The shop also stocks wholefoods and eco-friendly refill products that are popular with local shoppers.

 

Importantly, the shop and café also functions as a workshop for residents and day participants. This affords two residents each day a unique opportunity to work in a retail/hospitality environmental directly with the public, providing a beneficial and meaningful learning experience for those who participate. It is viewed as a shop window for Corbenic, a significant opportunity to assure that the work going on in the organisation is familiar, understood, and supported by the wider local community around the Dunkeld area.
